  • I have a question about my order. How can I get in touch?

  • What is your return policy?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to each items are made to order.

  • Can I exchange an item?

    We do not accept exchange on all accessories.

  • Damages/Issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you were sent the wrong item/order, please email orders@tesmadecreations.com with your order number and proof/images of the wrong item that was sent.

  • Can I make changes to my order?

    Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to make a change to your order. Email us at orders@tesmadecreations.com with the subject title "Change to order" and include your Order Number.

  • What if I need to cancel my order?

    You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

    Email us at orders@tesmadecreations.com with the subject title "Cancel my order" and include your Order Number.

    Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled beyond 24 hours of placing an order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Where are your items made from?

    All of our items are handmade by the owner Linda, in Detroit, Michigan.

  • Exchange Policy

    We do not accept exchange on all accessories.

  • The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

    Restock will vary. We source our material locally from many different locations. It depends on the availability of the specific fabric and sometime the fabrics do not come back in-stock.

    You can sign up for email notifications on the right side tab on each sold out product to be the first to know when there's a restocked.

  • Custom Orders

    If you are looking to have a custom order request for scrunchies, please contact us at info@tesmadecreatons.com with the subject title "Custom Order".

    Examples of custom orders would be if you wanted a special design, color, size, or amount. Additional charges will apply.

  • Large quantity orders

    If you are looking to buy a large quantity of a certain style or pattern, please contact us at info@tesmadecreatons.com with the subject title "Large order".

  • Exchange Policy

    · We offer exchanges after 14 days of receiving your items if the item does not fit or is defective. Please email us by providing your order number, proof/images of the defective product, and the reason for the exchange to orders@tesmadecreations.com.

    · Items must its original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new) for an exchange.

    · You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid “lost packages”. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item for an exchange.

    · Once we received the item and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and ship out the exchange/replacement item with tracking. If the item we receive is damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange as requested.

  • We do offer wholesale with a low minimum on select products.
